Lyndsey, our founder and your surveyor, has over 20 years of experience and specialises in historic buildings. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Surveying, an MSc in Town Planning, MRICS, along with MRPSA and AIWFM credentials, and is a RICS Regulated Valuer.

A Gateshead native, Lyndsey promotes Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion in the profession, while running the business, family life, and her cocker spaniels. Fun fact: the company is named after her two grandmothers!

Meet Helen, not your average PA. Helen used to be a Chartered Surveyor and worked within in the industry with the precision of a ninja.  One day, Helen decided to trade her laser measure for a different life and set out to conquer all she came across. Helen has skills on skills and is a great part of our team.  

Meet Sarah, our newest trainee at NancyRita Surveyors. Sarah is a force to be reckoned with  - not because of her impressive surveying acumen (yet) but because of the tenancity she has shown to get to where she is today, and we know that this will help her with her tomorrow. We are very fortunate to have Sarah on the team. Sarah is beginning her career and works with us around completing her Building Surveyor degree at Northumbria University. Sarah assits the team and is working towards her professional development. 

Alison is a Chartered Surveyor who specialising in leasehold valuation, dealing with valuations and negotiations for lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement. Acting for lessees and freeholders for over 16 years and has represented both at the Property Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal.
