Building Survey (Level 3)
Our Level 3 Home Survey is carried out in full accordance with the RICS Home Survey Standard (1st Edition) and the RPSA Survey Inspection and Reporting Standards. Designed for clients who need a comprehensive, professional assessment, it goes beyond a basic inspection to give you the detailed insight you need.
During the survey, our chartered surveyor will carry out a thorough visual inspection of the building, its services and the surrounding grounds. Where it’s safe and accessible, we’ll examine roof spaces, basements and cellars, and observe boilers, wiring and other services in operation. Although we don’t perform invasive testing, we’ll switch systems on and off (with your permission) to see them in normal use.
Your detailed report will:
